Are the words I hear on a daily basis from my clients, friends, family and even from myself. So what are we all going to do about this ? FIX IT, FIND SOMETHING THAT REALLY WORKS!!

Many of you that know me or may have seen my pictures will be reading this thinking Lizzie has nothing wrong with her skin! What a blessing makeup is, it covers a variety of concerns for many of us. Now don't get me wrong I wouldn't consider myself to have "bad skin" but everyone has their own concerns with their skin whether it be something small or large. This is why I have done this post on the products I have been using over the last few weeks. I have seen amazing results from them so if I have why can't you. Fab skin for everyone 💜

So as I've previously said in my "about me" page this year is about me and spending more time on myself. So I've decided to practise what I preach most days "you need to look after your skin" so that's what I've decided to do. My concerns with my skin are congestion, blackheads, breakouts, dry skin and redness. I'm sure many of you have these concerns so keep reading to find out what I've used, where to get it from and to see my amazing before and after photos.

I'd seen and heard a lot about NU Skin and especially these two products in particular. After doing some research on the brand and the products I decided to invest and give them ago, I've not looked back since. The two products I have been using are the GLACIAL MARINE MASK and the SKIN POLISHING PEEL. Let me explain a little bit about the products and then you'll see my amazing results. I've been using these products twice a week for three weeks now. I use the polishing peel first by applying a generous amount sometimes warming it up with a drop or two of water leaving that to dry for a few minutes. You will feel the peel tighten on your face I would then rub the peel off my face you can feel and see the dead skin cells fall off your face. I would then wash any residue off, following it with the mud mask, which I would leave on for a good 15/20 minutes. That's what I have been doing twice a week for 3 weeks now.

Glacial Marine Mask

This mask is a dream come true, it removes dirt, oils and impurities as it dries on the skin meaning the minute you wash it off you are left with visibly clearer skin. The mask is a clay mask that contains small fine mud pieces and sea botanicals. The mask removes dead skin cells leaving the skin feeling refreshed and renewed. You can see the mask drawing out the congestion from your skin as the areas of dirt and congestion go a darker shade of green as you can see from the picture. You can use the mask on the face and body as it is also great for boils, bites, dry skin and eczema. This mask is often referred to as the acne mask, so many people not just myself have seen amazing results.

Polishing Peel

This peel is amazing it is clinically proven to be the equivalent to having professional microdermabrasion but from the comfort of you own home meaning it makes it a lot more affordable . However it is nice to have the luxury of a proper microdermabrasion in a salon but the treatment is not always affordable for everyone. The peel has pumpkin enzymes in it this ingredient resurfaces, softens and leaves the skin feeling tight and polished. It also has bentonite clay in it which removes dull skin cells and toxins from the face. This peel is quick and easy to use, you get a lot better results from this than an ordinary exfoliator you might use. Your skin instantly feels tighter and smoother after just one use. This peel will work wonders on anyone that suffers with the above concerns that I wrote about for the mask. Which is why using both the products together you get the best results 😍 The picture shows the dead skin cells and dirt that can come of the face from just one application.

So now I've explained the two fab products I've been using what they are good for and why you should use them. If the above information isn't enough here are a few of my own photos, before treatment, during treatment 2weeks in and 3 weeks in. The difference it has made to my skin is amazing so imagine what it could do to yours!!!

The first photo is my skin before using any of the products, looking slightly red,congested and breakouts visible. The second photo is 2 weeks in redness has gone down and so have the breakouts, leaving the odd breakout presents and slight redness. The bottom photo is 3 weeks in here you can see no redness, no congestion or any breakouts present. This is from using the peel and the mask twice a week for 3 weeks. AMAAAZING😆😆😆

I've had amazing results from these two products so there is no reason you can't too, just remember no matter how little or how large your concerns are with your skin there's something out there to help you. You just need to stick at these two products for a few weeks to see the amazing results. I always feel better about myself when my skins clear because my makeup sits on better 💜
