Cleanse cleanse cleanse is what's drilled in to you from day 1 of any facial training and it's what I tell my clients if they tell me they only wash there face with water 😮😮😱AHHHHHH I hear you all cry. I know it's a skin care crime cleansing is key! It's where your skin care begins it should be one of the most important steps in your skin care routine!! REMEMBER My lovelies that your skin is 90% of you selfie 😍💜 
Now after reading my rant about cleansing if you don't cleanse then you need to start cleansing now! It is one of the most important things that you should be doing in your skin care routine. Cleansing is much more than just rubbing a product into your skin and it does a lot more than just remove makeup and impurities. Cleansers leave your skin feeling super soft and hydrated, ESPA offer many different types of cleansers as you will soon find out (meaning you must carrying on reading) Some of the cleansers are more than just a cleanser you can use them as a face mask, moisturiser and exfoliator. There are different cleansers to suit different skin types and also your own personal preference on things like smell and texture. If you didn't know the skin is super clever the skin renews it's cells everyday, so it's important to keep your skin free from dirt,clean and hydrated. Cleansers prime your skin meaning you then get the full benefits from any products you then put on after e.g. moisturiser/oils and serums.  As you probably know you should be cleansing morning and night and if you don't you do now. Hydrating Cleansing Milk
As you can probably guess from the name of this product that this cleanser is super hydrating, the cleansing milk is very mild and has a creamy texture meaning that the skin is left hydrated and soothed. This cleanser is perfect for all skin types but typically chosen for skin types that are especially dry, dehydrated and sensitive. The hydrating cleansing milk smells beautiful and feels amazing on your skin. Not only is the cleanser amazing for cleansing your skin and removing makeup, it also can be used as after sun as it has soothing and calming properties. It's also that mild and calming that you can use it on babies for nappy rash. The cleansing milk is also good for teenage skins as a moisturiser as it's very light and hydrating.

- Marshmallow & Chamomile; Amazing ingredients that leave your skin feeling calmed and soothed

  As you know you should be cleansing morning and evening to remove impurities and make-up. This cleansing milk smells beautiful and feels amazing on your skin ,I do love the cleansing milk however if you are a heavy makeup wearer you may need to cleanse the skin a few times with this cleanser (but that's just my opinion). Not only does this cleanser feel amazing it looks fab as do all the ESPA products, they look beautiful in your bathroom or on your dressing table. This cleanser retails at £24 for 200ml amazing 😍

Amazing for DRY, DEHYDRATED and SENSITIVE skins

Optimal Skin Pro Cleanser

This is one of my all time favourite cleansers from ESPA it's an absolute skin sensation and if you haven't tried it you must!!!! This is not just  a cleanser but a mask and and exfoliator in one AMAZING. The pro cleanser smells beautiful and feels super silky on your skin. It leaves your skin feeling smooth, nourished and looking visibly brighter. This cleanser is amazing for all skin types!

Key Ingredients (and what they are good for)

- Moringa seeds; used to breakdown and remove makeup

-Jojoba Spheres are used to gently exfoliate skin

-Pumpkin Enzymes; remove dull cells meaning the skin is left with a radiant glow

This cleanser is beautiful and because the exfoliator it so gentle you can use it everyday and it won't make your skin sore. If you want to use the cleanser as a mask just apply the cleanser to your face and leave on for 15/20 and then wash off and you'll be left with soft glowing skin. This cleanser is one of my faves as it's a 3in1 product meaning it's also very cost effective and I find it removes my makeup easily . The pro cleanser retails at £31 100ml slightly more expensive than just a standard cleanser but you are getting 3 products in 1.

Amazing for ALL skin types

Balancing Foam Cleanser

This beautiful cleanser smells AMAZING and feels fab when applying to the skin.This cleanser is a naturally foaming face wash. It's a deeply cleansing face wash that balances your natural oils. Some balancing skin products can strip the skin and leave it dry but this face wash leaves the skin nourished and soft. This cleanser is suitable for all skin types but predominantly for oily, combination and congested skins (especially teenage skins). 

Key Ingredients (and what they are good for)

-Naturally foaming Yucca; used to deeply cleanse the skin

- Organic Mandarin; helps re-balance the skin

- Olive Oil & Sugarbeet; amazing for leaving the skin hydrated and nourished

This cleanser is ideal for oily teenage skins or anyone suffering with congestion and breakouts. Or anyone that likes fresh uplifting foaming cleanser. The cleanser comes out in a foam like consistency so it's very easy to massage in the the skin. This cleanser smells beautiful and only retails at £24 150ml.

Suitable for OILY, COMBINATION and CONGESTED skin

Purifying Micellar Cleanser
This cleanser is ideal for anyone travelling and on the go as you don't need to add water or rinse the face. You just apply the cleanser to cotton pads and then remove your makeup no water needed! I quite like to use this cleanser for my second cleanse as it removes any left over makeup and leaves the skin smooth and toned. This cleanser is suitable for all skin types.

- Hyaluronic Acid; Hydrates the skin
- Witch Hazel; tones the skin
- Rose Water; soothes the skin

This cleanser smells lovely and leaves your skin feeling smooth. Its great for a quick turn around on the go cleanser because you don't need water or to rinse your face.  The micellar cleanser retails at £24 200ml.

Perfect for ALL skin types

Nourishing Cleansing Balm
This cleanser is one of ESPA's most deeply nourishing cleansers and also one of my faves to use and to use on clients in facials because it feels so luxurious. It leaves your skin feeling smooth and hydrated and it smells absolutely amazing. The cleansing balm is thicker in texture than all the others cleansers and I find it removes all my make up effortlessly. This cleanser comes with muslin cloth and I would recommend that you use it as it's more luxurious.Warm the muslin cloth under a warm tap and then remove the cleanser it just feels much nicer on the skin when the cloth is warm. This cleanser is suitable for all skin types but especially good for mature, dry and dehydrated skin types.

- Beeswax; hydrates the skin
- Rose Geranium; soothes and calms the skin
- Rose Damascena; helps tone and firm the skin

This cleansers leaves the skin feeling smooth, clean and supple, I find it's the best for removing heavy makeup. The texture of the cleanser feels amazing on your skin and leaves your skin smelling beautiful. This cleanser is the most expensive out of the ESPA cleansers, however it is the most hydrating and nourishing as well as anti ageing. Not only that but it does come with a muslin cloth to remove the cleanser, the Nourishing Cleansing Balm retails at £39 50g.

Amazing for MATURE, DRY and DEHYDRATED skin types

ESPA have 5 different cleansers for you to chose from so you'll definitely find one to suit your skin type. All of the cleansers smell amazing and feel beautiful on your skin each of the cleansers have a different texture and feel on the skin depending on what you like. If you aren't cleansing your skin it's a must so start today! Having a cleanser is a key product in your skin care routine as cleansing makes sure all your make-up and impurities are removed. Hello to all my lovelies, I hope you have all had a lovely Easter and Bank Holiday. Spring really is here and summer is on it's way. So I've got a fab product for you something that you are all going to love. So you all know me and from my previous posts you know how much I love a lip product and you all know how much I love the NU skin brand and products because they have always given me amazing results. So I have another product for you that I love and you will too. So as always I've been trialling and testing this product for a good couple of weeks now. As always I would recommend you give a new products 3/4 weeks before you can decide it's not for you and if you can take photos so you can see the difference because sometimes you forget so that's what I've done. So you can also see my AMAZING progress on my journey to fuller fabulous lips.

So you may have seen my previous posts on Nu Skin products and how much I love them and my amazing results I have had from the products. I do believe this brand offer affordable products with real results. So when I was given the chance to work with this amazing brand/ company I couldn't pass up on it, especially as I have seen and felt the results first hand.

NU Colour Contouring Lip Gloss

So I love a lip product and when I found out you could get fuller lips from it, I was on it straight away. I am quite lucky with my lips as they are plumpish (well at least my bottom one😟😯) my concern with my lips is that my bottom lip is larger than the top. My top lip is very thin and I feel it disappears when I smile, I also find that my cupids bow isn't very defined and to be honest if I'm being picky my overall lip shape could be more defined.

 So I've tried many lip plumping glosses in the past and haven't really seen any results or I've found them quite uncomfortable with the stinging and tingling. But when told this gloss doesn't give you any tingling etc I couldn't wait to give it ago. I'm not a massive gloss wearer I wear more matte finish lip product which is fine because you can wear the gloss day and night. I tried this product for 28 days, which like I said is a good timescale and what the brand recommend, I have continued wearing this gloss after the 28 days because I absolutely love it and have seen such a difference. So give it a go!

So if you are wanting naturally fuller, plumper lips without injections or fillers then here is how. This product is AMAZING because your lips look more youthful and plumper week by week the more you use the product the better your results. The gloss is fab because it's not sticky like many other glosses are and it's long lasting which is a bonus. As you can see from the below photos as I explained my top lip is thinner and not as defined or full and my cupids bow isn't as full as I'd like it to be. I've taken photos throughout my journey so I and you could see my fab results. These photos are my before photos so you can see what my lips looked like from the side and from there front you can quite clearly see my top lip is thinner and not as full. 

 How it works: this fab gloss works with your natural collagen, it is clinically proven to stimulate collagen production and the peptides in the product allow you to get fuller lips in 28 days. The contouring gloss focuses on plumping the lips and making the appearance of the lips look fuller, it especially works on the cupids bow which for me is fab and for older clients/readers who are noticing there cupids bow and lip definition fading this gloss is perfect for you too as your lips will lose shape/ fullness with age,

 The above photos are 2 weeks in to me trying the gloss. Here you can see slight difference in my top lip and how it's starting to look fuller, the photos are without the gloss on and with the gloss over the top of a matte finish lip colour. You can wear this lip gloss by itself or you can wear it over the top of your fave lipstick or matte finish lip gloss. I have the gloss in a clear colour because I can wear it naturally by itself or on top of a lipstick and it just leaves it then with a glossy finish without ruining the colour of the lipstick I put on. But if you are a massive gloss fan and like them with a bit of colour in you can get them in "Sweet Pink" colour in a "Tender Beige" colour the names of the colours are quite self explanatory in what shades they are. So you do have 3 glosses to choose from which is even better!

How to use the lip gloss: its completely up to you when you wear it as long as you are wearing it. You can wear it throughout the day topping it up when you need to and you can wear it in the night time when in bed. As I've already said I'm not a massive gloss wearer so I would usually wear mine when I went to bed, my routine was to apply after brushing my teeth at night and then go to bed and sleep in it. It really is long lasting because I'd wake up in the morning 8+ hours later and it would still be on. But when I did fancy a gloss I would wear it in the day over a lipstick. Below are my photos 3 weeks in to using the product every night.

You can see the difference in my lips throughout my lip journey and honestly wait till you see my week 4 photos😗😗😗. I really have enjoyed using this gloss and I seen amazing results from it I do believe you get better results the more you use it. So when coming up to a weekend out or an event I usually wear it all day and night the few days before obviously as well as wearing it every night previous days. I feel that then my lips look even more fuller and plumper that way but that's just my opinion. 

This gloss gives you a better fuller lip shape your lips look plumper, the gloss is super shiny without a sticky finish. The lip gloss contours and defines your lips without the need for injections, fillers and doesn't leave you with a tingly stinging feeling. What more could you want?

Below are my amazing results from using this gloss for 28 and I can't wait to continue using it as I am hooked on the results. It's like anything if you stop using it your lips won't remain as full, it is a treatment and like any other treatment you do need to continue using it. Much like if you go to the gym once you stop you lose your tone etc.

Slowly but surely you do see a difference every week but you definitely do in the last week which you can see from my photos. My lips really do look and feel noticeably fuller especially my top lip,the last few weeks I have had numerous people ask me what I've had done to my lips. The gloss really has worked it's magic on my cupids bow as it looks so much fuller and defined. My lips now have better shape to them and look a lot more fuller. I couldn't be more amazed by this product and will continue to use this gloss forever more as it's a much cheaper option to lip fillers retailing at only £20!

Oils Of Life - From the Body Shop

Luxurious Products, Amazing Prices!!

Give yourself amazing silky smooth, super hydrated and intensely repaired and revitalised skin with the Body Shops amazing Oils Of Life skin care collection. I was given two of the products to try out of the range and I absolutely loved them so I'm sure the rest are amazing too! I've seen these products a lot on social media and already wanted to try them, when given the opportunity to for free I SNAPPED it up. The two products I have been using for a number of weeks now are the, Oils of Life Sleeping Cream and the Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil.

So these FABULOUS products contain 3 seed oils from around the world; Black Cumin see from Egypt, Camellia seed oil from China and Rose hip seed oil from Chile. This collection is amazing for people who want their skin to look radiant, youthful and foremost hydrated. People often go wrong thinking oils are bad for oily skin or they can make the skin oily you are wrong! Good quality oils like what are in these products won't they soak in super easy leaving the skin hydrated, moisturised and glowing. 

So the two products I've been using are; Sleeping Cream and the Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil. I've been using these products for a few weeks now and have been loving them, the smell itself is just AMAZING!!! Let me explain a little more about each of these products and how to use them.

Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil

This beautiful facial oil contains the 3 seed oils I've previously mentioned above and other essential oils. All these oils leave your skin feeling absolutely amazing, it instantly leaves your skin replenished and revitalised. This facial oil leaves your skin feeling plump and can help reduce the signs of ageing. I've used this facial oil mainly at night time however you can use it morning and night however for me I've found sometimes it can be too much on top of my moisturiser and then make up on top. So I've used this always at night time after cleansing my face and on top of my moisturiser and I've found this has worked the best for me. I don't think my skin is super dry but then again it probably is a bit dehydrated as I don't drink much water I don't think my skin feels bad but it has felt even more amazing after using this oil so imagine if you have dry or dehydrated skin. Just because I only use my facial oil at night doesn't mean you can't use it in the morning and evening, I would always recommend if your skin can take it to use it morning and evening especially if you do suffer with dry skin. I've not really always been consistent with using facial oils not quite sure why but just haven't but I'm now a convert! I've used this facial oil every night for the last few weeks and I now certainly won't be stopping. My skin feels amazing and as I've always said I've been lucky and never considered myself to have bad skin but just because I don't always have breakouts and congestion all the time doesn't mean I don't neglect it.(cause I probably do at times) My skin is feeling super soft and hydrated. It's also got more of a radiant natural glow about it! Who wouldn't want that?

Most of you will know how to apply a facial oil, but if you don't then here is how. With facial oil's you only need a couple of drops because it's an oil it goes a long way so 2-3 drops is plenty. Apply drops in to the palm of you hand rub hands together and apply to your face in upward circular motions making sure you cover all of the face. This facial oil has a none sticky finish and within in seconds and soaked into your skin.  The facial Oil comes in two sizes 30ml which is £30 and 50ml which is £38. I think these prices are amazing considering the sizes and the fantastic quality. If you are a facial oil wearer you yourself will know how expensive they can be but this facial oil has all the amazing luxury with a smaller price tag.

Oils Of Life Sleeping Cream

Again like the facial oil and the rest of the fab products in this range the sleeping cream contains the 3 seed oils meaning it smells and feels amazing. I was unsure and excited about this, as you know I love a mask but was unsure of the sleeping bit and how that would work out. However do not fear its amaaaaazing.The mask is very creamy a bit like a thicker moisturiser, it feels super silky again you only need the smallest amount of this. Along with the facial oil I've been using this every night before bed and clearly the mask title gives it away for itself, you sleep in it. So I have been applying the oil first then the sleeping mask after, I don't think my skin knows whats happened to it not only an oil but a mask at night time too! It really feels fab so much so I've actually had a cold this week and usually from blowing my nose so much i would normally feel dry and get a bit flaky but that's not happened at all it's been kept super hydrated. The mask is super super hydrating for the skin, it leaves it feeling revitalised and nourished whilst you sleep so simple. The mask is also good for anyone wanting to use it for anti ageing purposes because your skin is left feeling nourished and supple, also looks visibly brighter and reduces the signs of ageing. Not to mention it smells divine!

My only concern before I saw the texture was a mask you sleep in how does this work will it get all over my sheets. The answer is no, because as I explained before it's like a thicker moisturiser you just apply it like a moisturiser and it just sinks in to the skin. You don't need to apply a thick layer and wash/peel it off. It just soaks in which is why its so hydrating for your skin. You only need again the tiniest amount in the palms of you hands and apply all over the face and go to sleep and wake up with amazing skin.


These products are amazing for all skin types, the products smell amazing too. You can use these products all year round especially when the colder dry winter months creep up on us. These products are really luxurious, you get the spa feel from the comfort of you home with a much smaller price tag. Not to mention the packaging is also simply beautiful. I've absolutely loved using these products and I can''t wait to try more products from The Body Shop. I never really used products from there no reason why but now I'm hooked.
